Adding money
Request a top-up in chat: “add money” or “fund my account.” ASAP provides a bank account number to transfer into, a dedicated number tied to the account, not a shared or pooled one.
At the Trial verification level, this account number is temporary and sized to the current deposit limit. At Verified, it becomes a permanent account number. See Verification levels for the limits at each level.
The balance updates automatically once the transfer lands. No confirmation message is required. If a transfer is taking longer than a normal bank transfer should, ask in chat and ASAP, or a person, will look into it.
Where the money goes
Transfers fund the real-money balance attached to the account, which is what gets spent on airtime, bills, or credit sent to another user.
