Getting started
Say hello
Message ASAP on WhatsApp , Telegram , or open the webapp . State what you need in your own words: “send me 500 naira MTN airtime,” “I need a ride to the airport,” “order me jollof rice nearby.” There are no fixed commands to memorize.
Confirm your email
The first time, ASAP asks for an email address. This is not a login. It is how ASAP reaches you if anything about your account needs attention, and it is required before funding your account or spending anything.
Set a passcode
Before your first real purchase, ASAP sends a secure tappable form to set a 4-6 digit passcode. This is never typed in the chat itself; see Passcodes for why.
Account ready
Once the email and passcode are set, the account is at the Trial verification level and can start spending. See Verification levels for what that unlocks, and how to raise the limits.
What ASAP can do today
Flights and some errands are not instant. For anything ASAP cannot book automatically yet, flights in particular, the request is taken and followed up with real options rather than booked on the spot. The exact price is always confirmed before anything is charged.
