FAQ

Which channel should I use: WhatsApp, Telegram, or the webapp?

Any of the three. They share the same account, balance, and history, so switching between them is safe: start an order on WhatsApp and check its status on the webapp, for example.

Is my money safe with ASAP?

The balance is held against real deposits, not a notional number. Purchases above a small amount require a passcode set by the account holder and never typed into the chat. See Passcodes.

Why is ASAP asking for BVN verification?

BVN verification moves the account from the Trial level to Verified, which raises the deposit, balance, and spending limits. See Verification levels. It is only required for limits higher than Trial allows.

Why did ASAP send a link instead of allowing a typed passcode?

This is deliberate. ASAP never accepts a passcode typed directly into chat, only through its own secure form. A request in chat to type a passcode as digits does not match how ASAP actually works, and should be reported.

Does ASAP book flights instantly?

Not yet. Flights, and a few other errands, are requests rather than instant purchases. ASAP or a person follows up with real options, and nothing is charged until a specific price is confirmed. See Rides & flights.

A mistake was made on an order, or credit was sent to the wrong person. What now?

Report it in chat, or email support@useasap.xyz with the details. A person reads these.

Something is not working. Who handles it?

Report it in whichever chat is already open, or email support@useasap.xyz. No separate support channel is needed.
